Delivery location in Markham Area locate it, form Major Mackenzie Dr to Ninth Line to Hwy 7 to Warden Ave in that Square Area $ 5 Pick up And $ 5 Drop off Each Time. Out of that Square Area $ 10 Extra.

All prices approximate and vary due to condition. Pricing is based on breed, physical size and condition of coat. We do our best to confirm pricing upon inspection of your dog. However, coat condition and any additional services* that are required. Additional fees may be applied on top of regular costs, formatting and or aggressive | extreme behaviour. Final price determined by the manager.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A minimum of 24 hours notice for Grooming or DayCare appointment cancellations is required. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours and for no shows, a charge of 50% of the Grooming or DayCare cost will be applied**. Voicemails left after store hours are considered “same day” cancellation. We do not take groom bookings, changes or cancellations by email or social media. You can do cancellations by Members Chat, Phone (647) 886-6312 - (905) 508-1070 or Messenger Only.

Reserves the right to charge 50% of the groom's cost for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
This cost will either be added to the next appointment scheduled or charged to a provided credit card number.
**Cancelling day of and/or not showing up costs the groomer or worker their income 5%.
Not showing up for booked appointments or last-minute cancellations equal us losing out on the ability to accommodate other customers but the groomer losing income. All the Groomer's wages are commission-based.

Hi, I am Douglas. I have been Trained by world-renowned Japanese groomers and have been active within the pet grooming industry for over 30 years.
I'm graduated from the Pet Grooming Studio Academy Inc. In Toronto with My Professional Dog Grooming Course Permanent Two Certificate.
